At Sammohan Ceremonial, every ensemble is a reflection of traditional craftsmanship and refined luxury. Each hand-embroidered kurta, sherwani, and Indo-Western creation is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest standards of quality.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Due to the bespoke nature of our luxury garments:

  • All made-to-order, custom-sized, and personalized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Minor variations in embroidery, color tone, or texture are a natural result of handcrafted artistry and are not considered defects.

We strongly encourage customers to review sizing details carefully before placing an order.

Ready-to-Ship Items

For eligible ready-to-ship products:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We do not offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear images and your order details via email.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Approved cases may qualify for replacement or store credit.

Exchange Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error was on our part.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking, as Sammohan Ceremonial is not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Sale or promotional items are final sale.
  • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.
